How can I get a new Travel Card?

To order a new travel card, follow these steps

  • Log in to your Send App account,

  • On your dashboard, click on the “card” icon at the top left corner of your screen 

  • Select “create a card” to proceed

  • Enter your delivery information 

    • Full Name

    • Contact number in Nigeria (+234) or an active Whatsapp number

    • State, city

    • Delivery address in Nigeria 

    • Preferred delivery date 

*Please note that we will attempt to deliver your card to the address you have provided on your preferred date. Please ensure that you or someone else will be available to receive the card.

Can I get a Travel Card if my sign-up country is Nigeria?

No, Travel Cards are only available to non-Nigerian users at the moment. We'll make sure to communicate once card services become available to Nigerian users.

This means that the card option will not be visible to NG signups.

Is there a fee for requesting a new or replacement Travel Card?

  • New Travel Card: We charge a fee of USD 5/GBP 5/ EUR 5 to create your card. The delivery cost of your new travel card depends on your preferred address in Abuja or Lagos.

  • Replacement Card: The cost of replacement is the same as the cost of creating and delivering a new card to your specified destination. We charge a fee of USD 5/GBP 5/ EUR 5 to create your card. The delivery cost of your new travel card depends on your preferred address


How long will it take for my travel card to arrive?

  • The card is dispatched on the delivery date you specified during card creation. While delivery time may vary based on dispatch availability, weather, traffic, and distance from our office, cards typically arrive  within two days of the delivery date (usually between 9 am and 4 pm Mon-Fri)

Where will my Travel Card be delivered to?

It will be delivered to the delivery address you provided when you created the card. Please note that we only deliver to locations in Lagos and Abuja at this time.


Can I request a replacement for my existing Travel Card?

Yes, you can request a replacement card, provided that your existing card has been terminated. Please note that we charge a fee of USD 5/GBP 5/ EUR 5 to create your replacement card. Delivery fees also apply and may vary depending on your location

Will I require a PIN for my Travel Card?

Yes, you will be prompted to set up a 4-digit PIN when activating your travel card. This PIN will be required to authorise payments using your card
